Andrea Sullivan

Andrea Sullivan has spent years understanding what makes people tick, so she can help them become their best selves, individually and within organizations. Her company BrainStrength is just about that – becoming stronger and as importantly, being human. She taught me much about brains and biodiversity, being a parent and how people connect, historically and in our digital age. She also taught me that vitamins and minerals matter, and we need to be conscious of how we feed people at meetings to maximize their effectiveness. What I also learned from Andrea are lessons in family-first, and taking care of our own self is what allows us to take care of others.
