Lynn Pavony

Stylish. Caring. Future focused. These are a few things that struck me when I first met Lynn, approximately one week into my then new role with SITE. She welcomed us into her home where we launched into a design session for upcoming SITE Foundation events. That was 16 months ago, and I think these results speak for themselves.

In addition to being a SITE Foundation Trustee, Lynn is on the Board of the Above and Beyond Foundation, a group committed to helping those in need in the hospitality industry. Their ongoing work is making an impact for those who receive this recognition and support. While Lynn is focused on incentives with her role at Four Seasons, there is also great pride in the Four Seasons New York property being a leader in housing medical professional throughout this crisis and leading the way in models for service as we come to the other side of this pandemic with new protocols – meeting health security with the warmth we expect from these hotels.

We had the great pleasure of spending time in the Four Seasons Bosphorus in late 2019 for the SITE Executive Summit and the city, the time spent with our industry peers, and the stunning location and amenities of this hotel made this entire trip a delight.
