The Chairman of IMEX is kind, unassuming and entirely dedicated to our industry. He is the first person on the show floor and the last person I see waving the final guests goodbye. Ray understands deeply the power of bringing people together and for decades has created the ultimate meetups for the meeting, incentive and event industry.

Ray is keen to meet everyone, and to find out more about their stories, and how he can help connect people and ideas and continue to move our industry forward. He has built a business that is fueled by family and where people stay, and where if you let them know you are stopping by the office there will be a warm welcome and if you time it right, cake or an inspiring moment in play. I am also betting he is pretty much the most fun grandfather one could have!

As I wind up my 8th IMEX America, thank you Ray and team for the awesomeness.
